We believe it is critical to keep our community really diversified. We therefore promise to support each admitted undergraduate student’s financial needs. When reviewing your application, we do not take your financial situation into account, and we do not base our choice on your ability to pay. You belong here if you are accepted.
No One Left Behind
Our goal is to ensure that every admitted student can afford to attend Shalom University while also ensuring that we attract, develop, and graduate a diverse and brilliant student body. All graduate and undergraduate students on the Main Campus, as well as those enrolled in online courses, are served by the Office of Student Financial Services (OSFS). From the time you apply until you graduate, we are here to help you with the financial aid process.
Financial Assistance
For eligible students, Shalom University offers financial aid in the form of loans, scholarships, and/or part-time work study options. We go into more detail about the various types of financial aid later in this section. If a student’s educational expenses are not covered by the financial help they are awarded, they must find another way to pay the remaining balance by the end of the payment period. If financial help is awarded to students who have applied and been approved, they are not obliged to pay by the deadline as long as their aid is enough to pay for their tuition and all necessary documentation has been filed and received.
We also provide a variety of scholarships for deserving students, underprivileged students, students with disabilities, and students who want to work directly with us or on our research team at one of our partner universities. There are many other types of scholarships available, including those for professional training, seminars and conferences, study abroad opportunities, research, tuition, and exchange programs.
