Doctorate Admissions

1.Attestation of service showing proof of a working experience in the required or related field aspiring for.

2. A published article reference (DIO) (contact the university academic office if you do not have one and request for an alternative option academics@shalomuniv.org

3.Signed motivation letter, written by the applicant stating your reasons for choosing the program and attesting your commitment to study with Shalom University and willingness to respect SHEI policies.

4.Scanned copy of undergraduate transcripts and attestation or certificate attesting you have completed at least 180 credits from an internationally accredited institution which is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by Council for Higher Education Accreditation www.chea.org or an educational institution approved by an equivalent authority.

5.Scanned copy of graduate transcripts and attestation or certificate attesting you have completed at least 120 credits at the master’s level from an internationally accredited institution which is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by Council for Higher Education Accreditation www.chea.org or an educational institution approved by an equivalent authority.

6. Scanned copy of international passport or National ID card

7. Copy of CV (uploaded in pdf or doc format).

8. Applicants are required to acquire two letters of recommendation which should be emailed to academics@shalomuniv.org. Recommendations should be written by people who have supervised you in an academic, employment, or community service setting.

9. Scanned passport photograph (4×4) on a white background.

10. Application fees of $180 USD are to be paid directly to the university’s account.
